Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed red berries (raspberries, cherries, strawberries), fresh and/or frozen
  • 80 ml water
  • 100g caster sugar

1. Cut the larger fruit, like strawberries in half so all the berries are roughly the same side. Add the berries, water and sugar to the bowl fitted with the kneading and crushing blade. 2. Set speed 7 at 80C for 10 minutes or a little longer to break down fruit slightly. 3. Use a slotted spoon to remove 3/4 of the berry chunks. 4. Place the lid back on and launch Turbo mode for 10 seconds to puree the rest until silky smooth. 5. Combine with the remaining berry chunks and cool.
