1. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade and launch the P2 pastry program.
2. At the end of the program, form the mixture into thin circles about 2-inches in diameter. Cut a 1-inch hole in the center using a round cutter.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes in a deep fryer at 350°F. The doughnuts should be golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar before serving.
