Set aside 4 tablespoons of milk to brush on the top.
Put the flour, yeast, thick crème fraîche, eggs, milk and salt into the mixer bowl with the Kneading/crushing blade attachment. Lock the lid with the stopper and set it on the P3 Pastry mode for 3 minutes and 40 seconds.
Place the dough into a bowl, cover and leave to rest in a dry place for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Knead the dough to knock the air out of it then divide it into 12 equal balls.
Place the balls of dough on a baking tray making sure they are spaced apart and cover again for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Brush the brioche with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 30 minutes.
