Add the cane sugar and diced butter into the mixer bowl with the Mixer attachment. Lock the lid with stopper. Start the processor on speed 4 for 5 minutes at 75°C.
Once the program has finished, add the sweetened condensed milk. Lock the lid with stopper and start the processor on speed 5 for 35 minutes at 120°C.
Pour the mixture into a dish lined with baking paper and leave to cool. Cut into pieces to make caramels.
