Ingredients

  • 2 flax eggs (6 tablespoons of hot water + 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal)
  • 800 g soy yoghurt
  • 30 ml maple syrup
  • 600 g gluten-free rolled oats
  • 18 g baking soda
  • 60 g seed mix (buckwheat, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Prepare the flax egg and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

Put all the ingredients into the bowl with the Kneading/crushing blade attachment.

Lock the lid with the stopper and set it on the P1 Pastry mode for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

Pour into a mould and bake for 1 hour.

Once baked, leave to rest before cutting the bread into slices.
