Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 500 g of diced braising steak
  • 150 g of onion, diced (2-3cm)
  • 140 g of rendang paste
  • 160 ml of coconut cream
  • 100 ml of beef stock
  • 300 g of butternut squash, peeled and diced (4cm)
  • 200 g of baby spinach leaves

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil.

Brown the steak (in batches if required).

Add remaining ingredients (except spinach).

Cooking time: 18 min.

Thicken if desired. Stir in spinach. Serve and enjoy!
