  • 1 lb of ground beef, lean
  • 1 cup of cooked long grain rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp of dried italian seasoning
  • 4 red peppers, seeded, whole
  • 3 cups of tomato sauce
  • salt and black pepper


Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, combine beef, rice, egg and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.

Fill each pepper with meat and rice mixture.

Add tomato sauce to pot. Place the prepared peppers into the pot.

Cooking under pressure : 10 min.

Adjust seasonings to taste.
