  • 75 g dried chickpeas, soaked overnight
  • 450 g carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, peeled
  • 60 g tahini (or sesame seed purée)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lemon (juice, and zest if it is organic)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 3 teaspoons sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare the ingredients.

Place the chickpeas and 250 ml of water in the bowl. Add the basket, then put the carrots and garlic in the basket. Season with salt and pepper.

Pressure Cooking Time: 14 mins

Puree with all the other ingredients. Top with sesame seeds and serve with crackers.

Tips: Adapt the quantity of garlic and cumin according to your taste. You can flavour it with orange zest and a bit of juice.
