  • 450 g dried farfalle
  • 600 g chopped tomatoes
  • 100 g whole almonds, chopped
  • 60 g ground almonds
  • 30 fresh basil leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1 L vegetable stock
  • 225 g cherry tomatoes, washed and halved
  • Salt, pepper


Prepare the ingredients.

Put all the ingredients except the cherry tomatoes and the basil in the pan. Season with salt and pepper and mix.

Cooking time: 7 min.

Add the cherry tomatoes and the basil. Leave to rest for 1 minute and serve.
