Ingredients

  • 150 ml goat's milk (or cow's milk)
  • 75 g goat's cheese log, cut up
  • 30 g cornflour
  • 3 egg(s)
  • 100 ml single cream
  • 75 g dried figs, cut into small pieces
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

In a bowl, mix the cornflour into the cream. Add the other ingredients. Divide evenly between the verrines.

Put the lid on the verrines and put them in the pan. Add 200 ml water.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Chill for several hours before enjoying with a salad.
