  • 500 g dried haricot beans, soaked for 12 hours
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, cut in four
  • 60 g pitted black olives
  • 1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 8 tbsp parsley, washed and chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, washed and cut in eight
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 level tsp salt
