Ingredients

  • 480 g of Japanese rice
  • 100 g of minced pork
  • 60 g of carrots, sliced
  • 470 ml of Dashi stock, or fish stock
  • 20 ml of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp of Sake
  • 3 tbsp of shiitake or regular mushrooms
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the mushrooms and grate the ginger.

Add all ingredients in the Cook4Me. Stir well.

Cooking time: 5 mins.

Serve!
