Prepare the ingredients.
Mix the veal, coriander, shallots, garlic, spices, pine nuts, salt and pepper. Shape into 30 g balls. Pour the oil into the pan.
Brown the rabbit legs on every side, remove when ready.
Mix the water and tomato to obtain a coulis. Place in the pan, add the meatballs.
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Serve the meatballs with the semolina.
