Prepare the ingredients.
Slightly chop the lettuce leaves. (Keep the heart for a salad.) Mix the eggs, milk and salt in the mould.
Place the oil in the pan. Fry the lettuce leaves so that they release their water and diminish in size.
Place the cooked lettuce and cheese alternately in the mould. Cover with aluminum foil. Steam cook with 300 ml water.
Pressure cooking: 60 minutes
Remove from the mould. Serve decorated with pumpkin seeds.
