Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 1500 g clams, washed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 500 g fresh linguine (or tagliatelle)
  • 750 ml water
  • 6 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, washed and chopped

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the pot.

Brown the garlic. Add the white wine and clams. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the water and pasta.

Pressure Cooking Time: 5 mins.

Remove the shells. Garnish with parsley and serve.
