Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 95 g Brown sugar
  • 60 ml Unsweetened condensed milk
  • 60 g Melted butter
  • 90 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Maple syrup
  • 4 Glasses lined with butter

Preparation

Whisk the eggs and the sugar until pale.

Add the condensed milk, butter, flour, bicarbonate & baking powder. Mix thoroughly.

Fill the glasses 2/3 full.Cover with cling film. Pour 250 ml water into the pan.

Put the glasses in the steam basket.

Cooking time: 12 minutes.

Turn out and serve lukewarm.

Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with whipped cream.
