  • 6 Montbéliard sausages
  • 600 g mix of fresh wild mushrooms
  • 120 ml Port
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 6 pinches flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper


Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into pre-heated pan. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Add the Montbéliard sausages and Port. Season with salt and pepper.

Pressure Cooking Time: 5 mins.

To serve, cut the sausages into round slices, add the mushrooms and top with flat-leaf parsley.
