  • 200 g of Arborio rice
  • 45 g of onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 400 ml of water
  • 60 ml of white white
  • 120 g of frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp of Mascarpone cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp of Parmesan, grated
  • Salt & pepper, to tatse
  • 10 mint leaves, chopped


Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the onions.

Chop the mint leaves.

Add oil in the Cook4Me.

Add the rice and onions. Brown for 3 mins.

Add the water, white wine and frozen peas.

Cooking time: 6 mins.

Add the Mascarpone (optional), Parmesan and mint. Stir well.
