Ingredients

  • 900 g beef chuck or brisket, diced
  • 375 g dried kidney beans (soak for 12 hours)
  • 2 onion(s)s, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 150 g fresh spinach, washed and finely chopped
  • 3 stalks parsley, washed and finely chopped
  • 1.5 stalks coriander, washed and finely chopped
  • 3 dried lemon (or fresh lemon cut into quarters) - optional
  • 3 tsp ground turmeric
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the pot.

Cook onions until translucent. Add the turmeric, stir and cook for 1 minute.

Add the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Pressure Cooking Time: 30 mins.

Serve with rice. Enjoy!
