Prepare the ingredients.
Pour the oil into the pan. Brown the chicken pieces and set aside.
Add the onion and cook until brown and caramelised. Add the walnuts, molasses and stock.
Stir until well blended. Add allspice, salt and pepper, then add the chicken pieces.
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Add the pomegranate seeds and serve with cauliflower rice.
