Prepare the ingredients.
Chop the garlic and parsley.
Melt the butter and add the garlic and parsley. Add the clams. Cook with the cover lowered (not closed) mixing from time to time.
Remove the clams leaving the juice in the pan. Add the quinoa, salt, pepper and water. Stir well to combine.

De-shell the clams. Add them to the quinoa and enjoy.
