  • 360 g of Jasmine rice
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 carrot(s), peeled and diced
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
  • 3 teaspoons sunflower seeds
  • 3 teaspoons hempseed
  • 4 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • 90 g celery stalk, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons of Indian spice mix


Prepare the ingredients.

Place the oil in the bowl.

Cook the eggs while stirring to scramble them. Add the vegetables. Stir while scraping the bottom of the bowl.

Add the rice and the spices. Stir. Add the stock. Stir well to combine.

Pressure Cooking Time: 7 mins.

Add the seeds. Stir and serve.
