  • 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 100 g of onion, chopped
  • 2 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 150 g of carrots, peeled and diced (1-2cm)
  • 400 g of minced beef
  • 2 tsp of chilli powder
  • 150 g of macaroni
  • 200 ml of water
  • 400 g of canned chopped tomatoes
  • 100 g of cheddar, grated


Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil.

Brown the onion, garlic, carrot, minced beef and chilli powder. Break down any lumps of beef with a spoon.

Add macaroni, water and tomatoes. Stir well until combined.

Cooking time: 10 min.

Sprinkle over the cheese. Serve and Enjoy!
