  • 1.3 kg pork shoulder off the bone, cut into pieces of around 100 g
  • 150 g thick slices of bacon
  • 600 g green cabbage cut into quarters
  • 300 g carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut in two, studded with a clove
  • 600 g potatoes, peeled and cut in two
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • Salt, pepper


Prepare the ingredients.

Peel and cut the carrots into chunks.

Put the meat, the bacon and then the other ingredients in the pan. Add 650 ml water. Season with salt and pepper.
