Prepare the ingredients.
Dice the courgette.
Deseed and dice the green pepper.
Wash and finely chop the mint.
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and the mint. Put the semolina in another bowl. Pour the oil into the pan.
Heat the oil. Pour it over the semolina in the bowl and stir to coat the grains.
Pour the water into the bottom of the pan. Put the other ingredients in the steamer basket, and the basket in the pan.
Cooking time: 3 min.
Pour the vegetables and water over the semolina. Add the sauce. Eat warm or cold.
