Ingredients

  • 750 g cooked haricot beans (in cookeo or from a jar)
  • 300 g seitan in large pieces
  • 3 vegetarian sausage, cut in two
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut lengthways then into chunks
  • 300 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 1.5 onions, cut into quarters and studded with 2 cloves
  • 3 tsp tomato purée
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • Oil, salt, pepper
  • 300 ml vegetable stock

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the pan.

Heat the oil. Cook the onion and carrot for 3 minutes. Add the tomato purée. Stir.

Add haricot beans, bouquet garni, salt and pepper. Stir. Put the seitan and sausages on top. Pour the stock in.

Cooking time: 5 min.

Serve.
