Ingredients

  • 800 g ham hock
  • 2 apples, quartered
  • 150 g onion, finely chopped
  • 6 tsp beef stock powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 20 g mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Add oil to the bowl. Brown the onion and ham hock for a few minutes.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl, season to taste and stir well.

Pressure cooking time: 8 mins on high pressure cooking or 6 mins express

For a thicker sauce, simmer for another 3 mins. Serve with mashed potatoes.
