Ingredients

  • 900 g artichoke hearts, each cut into 8 pieces
  • 1½ lemon(s), juiced
  • 1½ clove(s) garlic, peeled and degermed
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 1½ tsp ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • 6 slices sandwich bread, toasted
  • 15 basil leaves (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the artichoke hearts in the steam basket, then put the basket in the bowl with 200 ml of water.

Pressure cooking time: 7 mins.

Blend the artichoke with the other ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate before serving.
