  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 shallot(s), chopped
  • 6 green asparagus, sliced
  • 120 g spinach shoots
  • 6 tbsp thick crème fraîche
  • 90 g grated cheddar
  • Salt, pepper
  • 3 tsp of olive oil



Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil in the bowl.

Brown the shallots and asparagus. Add the spinach. Season and stir.

Pour the cream into each ramekin. Divide the vegetables and eggs. Wrap in film. Place in the basket with 200 ml of water

Pressure cooking time: 6 mins.

Add the cheese and serve.
