Prepare the ingredients.
Mix the margarine and sugar. Add the egg and yoghurt, then the sieved flour/cocoa/baking powder.
Grease the cake pan Pour in the mix. Cook in the steamer basket with 400 ml of water in the bowl.
Pressure cooking time: 47 mins
Leave to cool. Cut into disks. Decorate with cherries and whipped cream.
Tip: For a sponge that's more moist with a stronger taste of cherry, soak the biscuits in the cherry syrup. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
