  • 3 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 200 ml water
  • 1.5 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 300 g fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 9 basil leaves
  • 300 g rinsed and drained quinoa
  • 750 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch of salt



Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the syrup, water, lime juice, blackberries and basil into the cooking pan.

Leave to simmer for 3 minutes. Set aside. Cook the quinoa for 3 minutes while stirring. Pour in the almond milk and salt.

Pressure cook for 9 mins.

Once cooked, add in the blackberries and mix.

Tip: For extra crunch, you can add some chopped hazelnuts.
