Prepare the ingredients.
Pour the syrup, water, lime juice, blackberries and basil into the cooking pan.
Leave to simmer for 3 minutes. Set aside. Cook the quinoa for 3 minutes while stirring. Pour in the almond milk and salt.
Pressure cook for 9 mins.
Once cooked, add in the blackberries and mix.
Tip: For extra crunch, you can add some chopped hazelnuts.
