  • 6 large eggs
  • 90 g onions, chopped
  • 6 carrots, peeled and cut into tagliatelle-like strips
  • 3 slice(s) pancetta, diced
  • 150 g mozzarella, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil



Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the cooking pan.

Brown the onions and pancetta. Add the carrots. Season and let cook. Divide this between small glasses.

Add an egg to each glass. Close. Place the basket into the cooking pan with 200 ml of water and place the glasses in.

Pressure cooking time: 3 mins.


Tips: Top with finely chopped chives before serving. Serve with breadsticks.
