Prepare the ingredients.
In a mixer bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (except the seeds). Add the eggs, vinegar, water and seeds. Mix.
Pour the batter into the cake pan, then cover it with foil. Put it into the basket and pour 200 ml of water into the cooking pan.
Pressure cooking: 50 minutes
Remove from the cake pan and leave to cool before serving.
Tip: Set aside a large spoonful of seeds to sprinkle over the bread before baking. It goes great with hummus or guacamole!
