  • 270 g dried chickpeas soaked for 12 hours
  • 100 g green cabbage leaves, washed and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 850 ml water (or stock)
  • 3 organic Granny Smith apples, washed and cut into cubes
  • 3 lime(s), zest and juice
  • 12 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare the ingredients.

Place the chickpeas, cabbage, ginger, wasabi paste and water in the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Pressure cooking time: 14 minutes

Strain. Leave to cool. Add the other ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

Tips: You can make this recipe with green cabbage but also with any kind of cabbage (kale, white cabbage or Chinese cabbage). If possible, use sesame seeds flavoured with wasabi. Adapt the amount of ginger and wasabi paste to the degree of spiciness desired. Give the dish a decadent touch by adding 1/2 a tablespoon of honey (or 1 teaspoon of sugar) per person when cooking.
