Prepare the ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, pumpkin seed oil, parsley and shallots. Season.
Pour the oil into the bowl, then brown the garlic. Add the cockles and cook them until they open. Set aside.
Pour the water into the bowl. Put the zucchinis in the steam basket and then into the bowl.
Pressure cooking time: 2 minutes
Shell the cockles and add them to the warm courgettes. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
Tip: You can add sunflower seeds and mozzarella before serving
