Prepare the ingredients.
Mix all of the ingredients together, apart from the chocolate sprinkles. Divide between the dessert glasses. Cover and steam cook with 200ml of water in the pan.
Pressure cooking: 7 minutes
Leave to cool. Draw a Frankenstein face on the side of the glasses. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
Tips: Remove the lids from the creams as they cool to avoid condensation forming on them.
The amount of food colouring needed will depend on the selected brand.
If you want a completely natural green, you can mix milk with parsley before sieving. The taste of the herb may still be slightly present but this can be covered with the pistachio flavouring.
If you can find it, you can replace the flavouring and part of the cream with pistachio paste which can often be found in health food shops.
You can replace the chocolate sprinkles with the cocoa biscuit crumbs.
