  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • 100 g rice flour
  • 100 g millet flour
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 8 g dry baker’s yeast
  • 50 g potato starch
  • 30 g linseeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 500 ml lukewarm water



Prepare the ingredients.

Dilute the yeast in water. Knead all the ingredients together while gradually pouring in the water. Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.

Pour the batter into the cake pan, then cover it with foil. Put it into the basket and pour 200 ml of water into the cooking pan.

Pressure cooking time: 40 minutes

Remove from the cake pan and leave to cool before serving.
