Ingredients

  • 900 g lamb shoulder, cut in 30g cubes and rolled in flour
  • 1.5 yellow capsicum, deseeded and sliced
  • 1.5 onion, finely chopped
  • 24 dates
  • 3 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add olive oil to the bowl. Add the lamb and brown for a few min.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir well.

Pressure cooking time: 19 mins high pressure cooking or 13 mins express cooking

Serve hot with couscous.
