  • 30 cubes of lamb shoulder dusted with flour (30 g each)
  • 1.5 onions, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 30 dried stoneless prunes
  • 30 whole almonds
  • 3 tsp of toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 200 ml of water
  • 3 tbsp of liquid honey


Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the pan.

Brown the cubes of flour-dusted meat in the hot oil in batches if necessary.

Add the other ingredients into the pan. Stir.

Cooking time: 17 minutes

Decorate with sesame and serve with the semolina.
