Prepare the ingredients.
Add the beef and half the bacon to the bowl and sauté.
Add the flour and stir well. Add the passata, red wine, and beans. Stir the vegetables in.
Pressure cooking time: 1 hour on high pressure cooking or 50 mins on Express function
Add the remaining bacon. Sprinkle with cumin, season to taste, and serve.
Tip: If it gets too liquid, reduce for a few minutes and serve. Add corn at the end of the cooking for a variation.
