Prepare the ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix half of the sugar, mascarpone and carbon. Chill.
In another bowl, whisk the rest of the sugar and egg. Add the lemon juice, flour and bicarbonate
Add the mix of melted butter and chocolate and a few sweets. Pour into the greased mould. Place in the pan with 400 ml of water.
Pressure cooking: 40 minutes
Remove from the mould. Leave to cool before decorating with sweet mascarpone and sweets.
Tips on decorating: For your special Halloween decoration, use a piping bag with nozzle for creating hair and spread the mascarpone with the icing sugar inside. Don’t forget to put a few sweets underneath (for an extra surprise) or on top (to add colour). If you want to make eyes, prepare a small amount of white icing (egg white and icing sugar), place a few circles onto cooking paper sprinkled with icing sugar and put a sweet (pupil) on top. Leave to dry for several hours. Place onto the cake.
