  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 50 g shallot(s), peeled and finely chopped
  • 120 g chorizo, chopped into thin slices
  • 2 tomato(es), washed and cut into chunks
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1,600 g mussels, scrubbed and cleaned
  • 6 sprigs parsley, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper



Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the bowl.

Brown the garlic and shallots. Add the chorizo and tomatoes. Mix well.

Pour in the white wine and add the mussels. Stir well to combine.

Pressure cooking time: 4 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, and serve with chopped parsley.
