Ingredients

  • 420 g chinese noodles (raw weight)
  • 740 ml water
  • 225 g carrots, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 3 tbsp light sweet soy sauce
  • Juice of 3 lime(s)
  • 4.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • 450 g surimi cut into small cubes
  • 3 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 75 g peanuts
  • 6 sprigs fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Put the water, carrots, soy sauce and pasta in the pan. Stir.

Cooking time: 3 minutes

Add the lemon juice, oil, peanuts, surimi and chopped coriander.
