Ingredients

  • 720 g Japanese rice, rinsed
  • 150 g minced pork
  • 90 g carrots, sliced
  • 710 ml Dashi stock, or fish stock
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp Sake
  • 4 tbsp shiitake or regular mushrooms
  • 1 tsp sugar

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the mushrooms and grate the ginger.

Add all ingredients in the Cook4Me. Stir well.

Cooking time: 5 mins.

Serve!
