  • 225 g millet
  • 225 g red lentils
  • 1.5 courgette, washed and cut into sticks
  • 3 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 6 spring onions, chopped
  • 900 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 large pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 teaspoon ground ginger



Prepare the ingredients.

Put all the ingredients into the cooking pan.

Pressure cooking: 10 minutes

Mix together and serve.

Tip: On the day of eating, gently reheat the one-pot dish. Add a little stock if required. Serve with some chopped coriander. Keeps for: 4-5 days in the fridge.
