  • 350 g long grain rice, rinsed
  • 450 g frozen marinara seafood mix
  • 300 g tomato passata
  • 450 ml water
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 25 drops Tabasco© chilli sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



Prepare the ingredients.

Add water, passata, garlic, ginger, Tabasco, salt, pepper, and rice to the bowl and stir well.

Gently fold in the marinara seafood mix and onion.

Pressure cooking time: 7 mins on high pressure cooking
