Prepare the ingredients.
Place a grape in each lychee to make the eyes. Chill.
In the bowl, bring the milk, cream, sugar and half of the gelatin to the boil. Place into glass bowls and put them in the fridge.
Without rinsing the bowl, pour in the grape juice and the rest of the gelatin.
Pressure cooking: 1 minute
Keep in the bowl. Finish the panna cotta once the cream has set.
Tips: To perfect your decoration, place the eyes (lychees with grapes) on to the panna cotta, then pour on the grape juice jelly. Put them back in the fridge.
You can use half grape juice and half lychee syrup for a less dark red or alternatively add red food colouring for a more intense colour.
You can use 3 or more lychees per person.
