Prepare the ingredients.
Place the oil in the pan. Lightly brown the onions.
Add zucchini, peas and the broth. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Pressure cooking time: 10 minutes
Add the goat’s cheese and mint leaves. Stir. Serve hot or chilled.
Tips: You can replace the fresh goat’s cheese with fresh cow’s cheese or cream. Some goat’s cheeses are much stronger in taste than others so adapt the quantity according to its taste and to yours.
