Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 150 g Leek (thinly sliced)
  • 300 g Arborio Rice
  • 200 g Diced Ham
  • 750 ml Chicken Stock
  • 100g Frozen Peas (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated, to serve)

Preparation

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Turn on browning function and add oil.

3. Brown leeks and ham for 2 minutes. Add rice. Stir to coat.

4. Add broth. Stir well to combine. Pressure cook for 7 min.

5. Stir in peas and grated parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
