  • 1.2 kg firm-fleshed potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 12 chipolatas, cut in three
  • 10 anchovy fillets in oil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp(s) capers, chopped (or pickled gherkins)
  • 350 ml beef stock
  • 1 tbsp(s) corn flour, mixed into a little stock
  • 150 ml single cream
  • 3 tbsp(s) grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp(s) oil



Prepare the ingredients.

Put the sausages in the pan.

Brown the sausages.

Add the stock/cornflour mixture, cream, capers and anchovies. Then add the potatoes. Stir well to combine.

Pressure Cooking.

Add the parmesan. Serve.
